Warranty & Parts

What do I do if I just need a part?

Parts can be purchased if not under warranty. 
We have a full in house parts department!
Warranty parts can be purchased through any of our distributors. 

Are the windows tinted? Can I tint them?

The windows are lightly tinted, and can be described as a "light smoke gray". The windows can not be further tinted, as it may trap gas between the acrylic and the tint, and damage the windows. Remember a blackout shade is included to offer full privacy! 

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 1 year manufacturing warranty on all of our products.

Arctic Tern products are warranted by Tern Overland to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All warranty returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the packaging. Returned Goods without an RMA will not be accepted. Please call for this number. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement or repair of Arctic Tern branded products. Shipping costs to execute this warranty shall be covered by Tern Overland LLC. Tern Overland LLC accepts no responsibility for consequential damages, including local installation costs.

Are the Arctic Tern windows DOT certified

Yes! Our windows are DOT Certified, and meet very strict European ECE Standards. A certification sticker is on each window.

Does the warranty cover damage caused during shipping?

We provide shipping insurance for all orders.
Damage must be reported within 14 days.
