How do I order?
Visit our ORDER page to see our online distributors to place your order.
What should I do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Accept the package (do not refuse delivery). Fully inspect product and contact the distributor you ordered through immediately. They will walk you through the replacement process. You must contact them with photos within 14 days of delivery.
How does my order ship?

Orders purchased through our online distributors will ship via UPS Ground. In stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Backordered items ship dates vary.

You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. If you have not received this notification, please contact the distributor you purchased through for shipping details.

All shipments require an adult signature upon arrival. If you will be unavailable for delivery, please contact UPS to reschedule delivery.

If you ordered through one of our installers, please contact them for shipment details.
Do you ship internationally?

Campervan HQ orders can only be shipped in the US.

Expedition Upfitter orders can be shipped to the US or Canada.

Southern Africa Roadtrippers orders can be shipped to South Africa.
